TNPF pays tribute to parents of Maaveerar in Kilinochchi

The Tamil National People’s Front held an event in Kilinochchi this week, where they paid tribute to the parents of fallen Tamil fighters, ahead of Maaveerar Naal next week.

Hundreds of parents of Maaveerar gathered at the event, where they were given plants in honour of their children’s sacrifice.

The event comes in the run up to Maaveerar Naal next week, where Tamils across the globe will gather to commemorate the lives lost in the Tamil armed struggle.
