The 521 Brigade of Point Pedro have been handing out coconut seedlings to recently displaced people in the Vadamaratchi area.
Launched under the Civil Military Coordination (CIMIC) programme, which has already tried its hands at school examinations and Christmas entertainment, the project is run by the Jaffna Commander Major General Mahinda Hathurusinghe.
